About the Role
The Regional Manager supports the Director of Residential Services and oversees administrative, compliance, and operational functions across residential programs. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. It is not a remote role and will require working in-office and traveling to residential locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise Residential Administrators on regulatory compliance and staff management
  • Monitor program operations, schedules, and adherence to program design
  • Oversee performance reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes
  • Review documentation (e.g., ISP, SIR, PRR reports) for accuracy and timely submission
  • Identify trends and partner with clinical leadership to implement corrective actions
  • Ensure required staff trainings, CEUs, and compliance standards are met
  • Conduct record audits and prepare teams for regulatory reviews (DDS, CCL, Regional Centers)
  • Support intake processes, including biopsychosocial assessments
  • Assist with hiring and provide coverage as Administrator when needed
  • Maintain RBT certification requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as a residential facility Administrator
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $115,000 annually

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
