Advance Esthetic is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting products and equipment to ensure they meet our company’s quality standards before they are prepared for shipment or released to customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, thorough, able to follow established procedures, and takes pride in ensuring that every product meets our expectations for quality, appearance, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, condition, and accuracy
• Perform quality checks on esthetic equipment and related products
• Identify defects, damage, missing components, or other quality concerns
• Verify products are complete and meet company standards prior to shipment
• Accurately document inspections, defects, and quality-related issues
• Communicate quality concerns to management and appropriate departments
• Assist with testing equipment to ensure proper operation
• Ensure product packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are complete
• Maintain an organized and clean quality control work area
• Follow established quality control procedures and company policies
• Assist with tracking recurring product or equipment issues
• Work closely with the warehouse, shipping, repair, and operations teams
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed or assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous experience in quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, equipment inspection, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with equipment and learning product testing procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Hourly position
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
