Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in providing high-quality care to an individual with Intellectual Disabilities in their private residence. The ideal candidate must be available for the following shifts:
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM–10:00 PM, with occasional 4:00 PM start times
- Saturday: 7:00 AM–10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
Weekend availability is required for this position. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
- Assist the individual with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, maintaining her personal living space, and meal preparation.
- Support the individual as identified in their Individual Support Plan.
- Engage in meaningful activities that promote skill development and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily progress notes, goal tracking, and incident reports.
- Maintain open communication with their families and other members of the support team
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of age, required
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Current car insurance and registration, required
- Successfully pass a background check, required
