Adult Ed Performance Coach (PT PM - 2 Nights)

DOMAIN I: NEW STUDENT SUPPORT (PORTAL)

1. Engages teachers with students who need 1-1 educational review sessions to build knowledge and comprehension skills through effective targeted instruction;

1. Prepares new instructional materials to help accommodate learning needs;

1. Creates learning goals with homework packets and/or distance learning assignments.  

1. Monitors classroom assignments and progression and/or gaps in understanding.

DOMAIN II: CLASSROOM AND STUDENT SUPPORT

1. Provides 1-1 instructional support in a small group or individual session..

2. Assists testing team with remediation supports and applies for test remediations.

3. Researching best practice instructional materials to ensure we have the best options.

4.  Monitors classroom academics/testing and designs supplemental instructional materials to help students learn key concepts.  

5. Assists students with a growth mindset and essential life skills. 

DOMAIN VI: RECORD KEEPING

1. Track students needing accommodations and those who have tested and remains without a gain..  

2.  Serves as an advocate to set up a IEP or 504 plan for accommodations.  .
