Job Overview
The Vice President of Client Services (VP of Client Services) will be a key member of STACS’s executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing global client service operations, institutional support, and client experience strategy.
Reporting directly to the COO and CEO, the VP of Client Services will ensure all client-facing functions—including onboarding, account management, service delivery, and ecosystem integration—operate cohesively, efficiently, and in alignment with STACS’s strategic goals.
This executive will drive client satisfaction, institutional adoption, and operational excellence, ensuring STACS delivers consistent, reliable, and innovative services to its global client base.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service Strategy & Leadership
Lead STACS’s global client services operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
Develop and implement client service frameworks, standards, and best practices that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and institutional adoption.
Integrate data-driven insights, automation, and blockchain tools to improve service efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
Manage day-to-day client service execution across all product, technology, and partnership teams.
Client Experience & Operational Excellence
Oversee onboarding, account management, support, and service delivery for institutional clients and ecosystem partners.
Build and scale client-facing operational models that enhance cross-border service integration and reliability.
Lead initiatives to improve workflow automation, client reporting, and operational metrics.
Monitor and optimize service quality, client KPIs, and satisfaction scores.
Market & Ecosystem Expansion
Support institutional growth initiatives in the Americas and other strategic regions.
Develop scalable frameworks for client onboarding, partnership engagement, and ecosystem adoption.
Strengthen institutional, regulatory, and partner relationships to increase market trust and operational interoperability.

Qualifications
20 years of progressive experience in client services, operations, or executive leadership within fintech, blockchain, or institutional financial services.
Proven track record of scaling client service operations and delivering high-quality institutional support.
Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, capital markets, digital assets, and institutional workflows.
Expertise in client engagement, service strategy, and operational governance.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
