Job Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of Poloniex’s executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial and strategic planning functions globally. Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance processes across all regions.
Establish robust financial systems, controls, and governance frameworks that meet global regulatory standards.
Lead financial analysis initiatives to evaluate performance, optimize efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.
Implement metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that inform executive decision-making.
Corporate Finance & Capital Management

Strong technical expertise in accounting, financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
