Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a key member of FameEX’s executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company’s global operations, execution strategy, and organizational efficiency. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will manage end-to-end operational functions—including trading operations, client onboarding, compliance, risk management, technology execution, and business process optimization—to ensure sustainable growth and superior service delivery.
This role requires a visionary and strategic operations leader who combines analytical rigor, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The COO will work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to scale global operations, drive efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction while mitigating risk in a fast-paced and regulated digital finance environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced executive with deep expertise in fintech, digital assets, or financial services—capable of leading operational transformation and establishing scalable frameworks across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Global Vision
Develop and execute FameEX’s global operational strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth priorities.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to define long-term operational vision, organizational priorities, and resource allocation.
Conduct operational audits and benchmarking to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
Introduce scalable frameworks and best practices for operations across multiple regions and business units.
Operations Management & Execution
Oversee global trading operations, client onboarding, transaction processing, and platform reliability.
Ensure operational compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Optimize business processes, workflow automation, and system integration to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Risk, Compliance & Security
Lead enterprise-wide operational risk management, including fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and regulatory adherence.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
Ensure transparent reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness across all operational functions.
Proactively identify potential risks in processes, technology, or market operations and implement mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution Excellence
Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
Support new product launches, market expansions, and operational scaling initiatives with effective operational frameworks.
Drive performance alignment across global teams to achieve operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
15–20 years of progressive executive experience in operations leadership, ideally within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
Proven track record in managing global operations and scaling complex operational functions.
Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, trading platforms, and digital finance operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, execute operational transformation, and optimize efficiency.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
