Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Powersports Sales Associate and become the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect customers with their ideal machine, ensuring a smooth and engaging buying journey. Your passion for powersports, combined with your outstanding communication skills, will help build lasting relationships and drive dealership success. This position offers a great environment to grow your skills while earning a good living, We pay hourly each week and a monthly bonus based on sales goals. We do not have a draw pay plan. If your hear working you will be payed your hourly pay. Plus you get two days off a week, a weekday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities.
  • Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients across various channels.

Experience

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
  • Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better service for diverse customer bases.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing strategies enhances your effectiveness in this role.
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
  • Experience in public speaking or automotive marketing can be advantageous for engaging presentations and outreach efforts.
