Parts Sales Representative

This position has monthly bonus if retail targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories through knowledgeable consultation
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
• Maintain organized inventory control records using tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with the service team to support automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair needs
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new products, or seasonal promotions to customers
• Keep up-to-date with powersports industry trends, dealership procedures, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales or dealership parts departments with a focus on powersports parts or accessories
• Strong understanding of powersports diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, upselling, and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or POS platforms; experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Previous experience working in a dealership environment or powersports service setting is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency for accurate stock counting and order processing

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
