Must Haves
Must Be local to South Florida
Must have previous Cruise Line experience
He wants someone who has started using AI tools for Testing
Must have an Automation Background (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc)
Management and Scrum experience
Primary Skills
10-15 years of QA experience, including team leadership
Strong background in manual testing and QA process management
Experience managing offshore teams and working in distributed environments
Industry experience in cruise, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices
Ability to navigate direct feedback and maintain a collaborative, resilient approach
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine and confident presence
Bi-lingual in Spanish would be nice to have
Additional Requirements
Need to be able to do SQL Queries
Ideally wans some Power BI experience
Marketing data background a big plus
Needs to be able to handle exploratory data analysis from various data sources form end to end
Should have good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and SQL-based programming.
Audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Data management and data mining
Descriptive and predictive analytics
