Job Summary
Performs site-specific operational functions as determined by ARO and client. A Level I CSR must pass the required sections of the core curriculum training.
Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities
• Performs basic and specialty functions of copiers
• Create and edit using Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Tool Suite
• Operates all binding equipment
• Performs basic maintenance on site equipment, including changing tape rolls, ink cartridges, paper, toner and/or staple cartridges, and clearing jams
• Places service calls for designated equipment
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages
• Assists in opening/closing site under management supervision
• Practices company quality standards
• Performs internal/external messenger deliveries, pick-ups, and processes a variety of incoming and outgoing mail and overnight courier services
• Maintains a clean and organized site
• Provides assistance and/or solutions to client questions and problems
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations
• Operate campus vehicles as necessary
• Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:Physical Demands Ability to perform light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies. Position requires extended periods of standing and walking.
