Pay: $22.50 per hour
Job description:
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, M-Fri 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM 1 hour lunch; overtime as required.
Perform daily building walk-throughs, including equipment checks (boilers, exhaust fans, refrigeration, lighting, rooftop units), and report issues. Manage vendor access, receive and process packages (including hazardous materials), distribute mail, and provide general support to staff. Maintain cleanliness of operational areas, handle freight, generate shipping labels, and support facilities with purchase orders and ID badges. Conduct routine maintenance on boilers and other equipment, monitor temperatures, inspect forklifts, set up/break down conference rooms, and manage the facilities storage room inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily building and equipment inspections and report findings.
- Manage vendor access and package handling (including hazardous materials).
- Distribute mail and provide general staff support.
- Maintain cleanliness of operational areas (loading dock, electrical, boiler, storage).
- Handle freight deliveries and generate shipping labels.
- Support facilities with administrative tasks (POs, ID badges).
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and monitoring.
- Inspect and report on the condition of forklifts.
- Manage conference room setup and breakdown.
- Maintain facilities storage room inventory.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and potentially operate heavy machinery and handle hazardous materials (certification may be required). Prior relevant experience preferred. Must be dependable, organized, and possess strong teamwork and customer service skills.
