Responsibilities:
As a Program Management Specialist (IT and Systems) in the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP), you will:- Apply systems analysis techniques to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions to improve system performance and anti-trafficking program effectiveness.
- Lead development and enhancement of human trafficking IT systems using Agile methodologies, human-centered design, and emerging technologies to improve service delivery.
- Manage multiple IT projects to support human trafficking programming, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and effective delivery.
