Complies with all safety standards and practices. Transport Veterans to appointments, housing searches, or other necessary locations, ensuring safety and timeliness during travel.

Maintain case notes in an accurate and detailed manner. Maintain positive and professional communications and relationships with Veterans/individuals, household members, and collateral contacts.
