Dynamic apparel company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Walmart Sales Support Coordinator to support our Walmart and eCommerce business. This role will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, Walmart replenishment managers, and customers to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, product setup, and sales support activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Walmart systems, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Walmart's eCommerce and replenishment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product sample requests and coordinate sample distribution with internal teams and Walmart contacts
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding sample needs, product information, and order status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, process, and follow up on customer orders
- Work closely with Walmart Replenishment Managers to support eCommerce purchase orders, maintain PO accuracy, and manage inventory levels
- Monitor and resolve EDI-related issues to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Update and maintain product description templates and product information for internal product teams
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment activities to support sales objectives
- Ensure data accuracy across Walmart systems and internal platforms
- Support ongoing process improvements and maintain a high level of operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Walmart systems, including Scintilla, Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, and NOVA
- Experience working with Sam's Club systems and processes is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of Walmart eCommerce business operations and experience managing drop orders with Replenishment Managers
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and process accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting
- Knowledge of EDI transactions and order management processes
- Familiarity with Walmart item setup and content management requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
