Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00- $43.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing change information, including assignment of effective dates and ensuring timely receipt and completeness of engineering records.
- Review engineering releases, draw changes, and notices to define and execute change management requirements.
- Maintain and distribute accurate engineering and manufacturing data within systems such as Pontiac MFG Pro and EDS.
- Support and manage engineering change implementation through the Job Readiness System (JRS).
- Create and maintain product structures based on engineering designs.
- Ensure proper release and validation of engineering data within NPI programs.
- Track build readiness in alignment with EBS and planned Start of Line (SOL) dates.
- Perform Bill of Materials (BoM) validation to ensure ERP revision alignment with PRB revisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to monitor product changes and new model introductions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of change processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to teams on changing control processes and priorities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in engineering change management, manufacturing, or NPI environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of:
- Engineering records and release processes
- Manufacturing change control procedures
- Materials scheduling and production processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering data systems
- MS Excel, Word, MS Access
- Power BI and data analytics tools
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and material flow
- Understanding of MRP principles
- Exposure to product lifecycle and change management systems
