What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Vendor Management Analyst position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $40.00 - $41.00/hr.
Summary:
The HR Vendor Management Analyst will report on the HR Head of Vendor, Risk & Compliance for the People Team. They will work closely with the Vendor Management Program Led to support the People Team by navigating the complexities of the vendor management process. They will be a key connector; liaising with Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and RAI to progress Vendor contracts through the various stages of approvals by following the process and creatively solving issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate experience using supply chain management software
- Have a strong understanding of high-level contract language
- Ability to follow end-to-end processes to ensure full compliance
- Foundational knowledge of data-sharing methods and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with Legal, Infosec, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams to finalize agreements and complete compliance requirements
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple departments
- Evaluate existing vendor management programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain a strategic, big-picture view of each project and proactively address issues as they arise
- Resolve vendor-related challenges at all phases of the Vendor Management lifecycle.
- Address and resolve vendor onboarding, payment issues, and other disputes promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Experience in Vendor Management is preferred
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Highly responsive and accountable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for work
