Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of 5-7 Client Digital Support projects
- Overall client relationship management
- Provide Product Owners with data-driven insights to support applications and decision-making
- Manage onboarding of new projects into the Client Digital Support team
- Ongoing project management of steady-state support initiatives
- Analyze support data and identify trends
- Develop and lead monthly business reviews with stakeholders and business partners
- Identify new scope opportunities and support scoping/quoting activities
- Manage project budgets (quarterly reviews and annual quote refresh/development)
- Coordinate support-related issues and communications
- Participate in quarterly PI Planning for Client Digital Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience, or No degree with 4-7 years of relevant account management experience, OR Master’s degree with 2-4 years of account management experience
- Blend of Project Management, Account Management, and Data Analysis skills
- Strong data analysis and ability to provide insights
- 2 years of Account/Client Relationship Management experience
- 1 year of Project Management experience (Waterfall and Agile methodologies)
- 1 year of experience analyzing data and identifying trends
- 2 years of MS PowerPoint experience
Desired Skills:
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Experience in the support industry
- Salesforce experience
- 2 years of contact center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $43.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
