Demonstrator/Instructor

Payrate: $41.00- $42.00/hr.
 
Position Contribution to Work Group:
Serve as a Product Demonstrator/Instructor, delivering world-class product demonstrations, operator/application training, and product training on all client equipment.
Training will be conducted both at the Demonstration & Learning Center and at customer sites to support global sales efforts.
 
Typical Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with client business units
• Stay up to date on current equipment and technology
• Support new product introductions
• Provide timely feedback to NPI teams on machine performance
• Recommend fleet models and configurations
• Complete machine work orders to support fleet planning
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, fueling, reporting)
• Support peer training and act as a Subject Matter Expert for machine performance studies and site evaluations

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 10 years of heavy equipment operation (construction and mining)

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• CDL is a plus
• Ability to operate and be certified across multiple machine families

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $41.00- $42.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
