SHIFT SCHEDULE: THURSDAY - SATURDAY, 6:00AM - 6:00PM
PURPOSE
Lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional product quality across multiple manufacturing processes. Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement while ensuring every product meets adidas standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and develop team members through coaching and training
- Oversee quality inspections and maintain compliance with safety and process standards
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements
- Manage product testing and maintain laboratory standards
- Foster collaboration and a positive team environment
