Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a chef in food and beverage outlets or similar hospitality settings.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management.
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Relevant culinary certification or degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience working in diverse culinary environments, including fine dining and casual outlets.
  • Familiarity with menu engineering and cost control software.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe).
  • Experience in staff development and performance management.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free).
  • Experience working at a resort restaurant kitchen

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and appealing menus tailored to each outlet's concept and target audience.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with outlet managers and other departments to coordinate service and optimize guest experience.
