Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles in a hospitality setting.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality software or room management systems.
• Additional language skills beyond English.
• Certification in hospitality or housekeeping management.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to ADERO Scottsdale Resort’s standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to room services.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the appropriate department.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
