The Associate, Revenue Accounting Analyst will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of monthly maintenance and subscription renewals, billing of new customer agreements, and supporting month-end close activities through detailed reconciliations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring revenue accuracy, contract compliance, and a smooth billing experience for customers. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Corporate Headquarters office in Atlanta with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Billing Operations & Accuracy
- Generate and distribute monthly invoices for maintenance and subscription renewals.
- Review customer contracts to ensure accurate billing terms, pricing, and renewal dates.
- Prepare and issue invoices for new agreements, amendments, and upsells.
- Ensure billing accuracy in accordance with contractual terms and company revenue policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner by partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve client billing inquiries, implementing corrective actions and communicating outcomes effectively.
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly billing and revenue reports to management.
- Review and account for revenue in accordance with ASC-606 guidelines.
- Prepare month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and audit support during peak periods.
- Respond to ad hoc requests with agility and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduate to three years experience in Accounting or Billing roles, preferably in a professional services or software environment.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, or similar accounting tools is a plus.
- Experience with revenue recognition is a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and process adherence.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other analytical functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, meetings, and tasks.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries and issues.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
