Revenue Accounting Manager
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606
- Lead & mentor team, setting performance goals, conducting reviews and managing career growth
- Review contracts for appropriate revenue recognition set up
- Serve as the Workday SME for all contracts and transactions
- Determine contract setup and revenue accounting in Workday
- Review account reconciliations for revenue, deferred revenue, and WIP accounts
- Ensure changes in projects are properly reflected in the accounting
- Focus on improving revenue accounting processes and policies
- Assist with year-end audits
- Assist in managing budgeting & forecasting trends, variance analysis in revenue
- Leverage system capabilities, continuously improve processes, and ensure quality
Ideally, We'd Like
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- ASC 606 Experience
- 4 years of public accounting, preferably auditing, or related industry experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Workday experience, a plus
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
