Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin (Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board).
- Proficient with DSM diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatments.
- Experience with correctional mental health practices preferred.
- Strong clinical communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological assessments, testing, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
- Provide ongoing mental health treatment and monitoring.
- Make recommendations for placement or removal from observation/restraint status.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with DOC staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
