Minimum Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
- Knowledge of DSM diagnostic standards, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
- Strong skills in clinical documentation, risk assessment, communication, and teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
- Provide individual and group mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
- Make determinations regarding placement in or removal from observation and restraint status.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
