Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology and current licensure by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
- Proficiency with DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
- Strong clinical communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
- Deliver individual and group mental health treatment, ongoing monitoring, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Make clinical determinations regarding observation or restraint placement and removal.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
