- EMR System: eClinicalWorks (ECW)
- Specialty Backup: Collaborative access to multidisciplinary specialists and primary care providers
- Support Staff: Dedicated nursing and administrative staff supporting patient flow and coordination
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Medical Director, West Valley Endocrinology
- Reason for Opening: Practice growth and expanding patient demand
- Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (certification within 5 years of residency)
- DEA & Certifications: Active DEA, BLS
- Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days

- Provide education to patients and families on chronic disease management and preventive health
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation
- Engage in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives
