- Specialty Backup: Access to on-call specialists, imaging, diagnostics, and transfer support
- Support Staff: Experienced ER nurses, EMS professionals, ancillary departments, and administrative support
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to Emergency Medicine Medical Director or Chief Medical Officer
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days
- Base Salary: Nationally competitive annual salary; increased compensation for hours worked above 144 per month

- Evaluate and manage a wide range of emergency presentations with support from nursing, EMS, and specialty teams
- Utilize well-equipped ER resources including diagnostics, imaging, and rapid transfer protocols
- Participate in collaborative care with hospitalists, EMS, and ancillary departments
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental workflow optimization
