- Stabilize, treat, and coordinate disposition in collaboration with hospital teams.
- Document care accurately and timely within Epic.
- Participate in handoffs and adhere to ED clinical protocols and quality measures.
- Communicate effectively with nursing, consultants, and ancillary staff.
