- Admissions & Rounding: Limited inpatient rounding required for ENT position; Not Included for Gastroenterology and Primary Care
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas:
- Gastroenterology: General GI conditions, preventive care, chronic disease management
- Otolaryngology: ENT evaluations, follow-up care, and collaborative surgical support
- Primary Care: Comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
- Beds in Department/Unit: 268-bed acute care facility
- EMR System: Hospital EMR system (details available upon request)
- Specialty Backup: Multispecialty medical and surgical support available
- Support Staff:
- ENT Clinic: 1 ENT Physician, 1 Audiologist, and 1 additional APP
- Gastroenterology Clinic: 2 Physicians and 1 additional APP
- Primary Care Clinic: Collaborative team of Physicians and APPs
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within hospital medical staff structure
- Reason for Opening: Growth and expansion of specialty and primary care services
- Board Requirements: National certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA & Certifications: Active DEA (if required by specialty) and applicable certifications
- Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital credentialing timeline
