- Must successfully complete Agency- and facility-required drug testing and fingerprinting/background checks
- Must complete all mandatory facility and Agency training
- Must adhere to staffing agency and facility attendance and leave policies, as well as all applicable Agency rules and regulations
- Provide dental services to patients, including routine and non-routine care.
- Perform accurate and timely documentation of all dental services provided.
- Perform patient care duties under the supervision of the Facility Medical Director.
- Comply with all facility Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation & regulatory standards, including Joint Commission & CMS requirements & Agency policies.
