- Base Salary: $125K Annually
- Incentive Bonus Structure: $25K Sign-on Bonus, $250 per 24h On Call Compensation, up to $30,400 Additional Call incentives

- Provide clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and management of orthopaedic patients
- Assist in surgical procedures including joint replacement, fracture fixation, and arthroscopy
- Participate in shared call schedule with other APPs
- Conduct post-operative care, follow-up visits, and patient education
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff for coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with hospital standards
