Warehouse and Distribution Manager
Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment? We’re partnering with a global leader in the life sciences space to identify a Warehouse & Distribution Manager who can drive operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, supply chain, and leadership, ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, optimizing workflows, and leading from the front.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, storage, and inventory control
- Develop and implement best-in-class workflows and labor models
- Drive KPI performance, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure inventory accuracy in partnership with inventory control teams
- Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485 standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a large, cross-functional team
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and departmental expenses
- Oversee supplier relationships and freight carrier negotiations
- Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain within manufacturing
- Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, GMP, ISO 13485 strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive results
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Background in Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
