Sales Representative
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Sales Representative who enjoys managing the full sales lifecycle and building strong internal and customer relationships. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, account management, and strategic sales initiatives while ensuring a seamless experience from order placement through final delivery.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, a technical field, or a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales processes and performance metrics
- Experience developing and managing sales reports, billing volumes, and key performance indicators
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
What You Will Do
- Analyze sales processes and perform consistent follow-up activities to support deal progression
- Monitor orders through the full lifecycle, including production, invoicing, shipping, and final delivery
- Develop, track, and manage sales reports, billing volumes, and performance metrics
- Track key indicators to support strategic sales actions and business decisions
- Support contract and order negotiations by coordinating internally and aligning customer needs with organizational objectives
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with sales leadership to support strategic sales planning and execution
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service throughout the sales process
