Facilities & EHS Manager
We’re actively hiring a Facilities & EHS Manager for a high-performing manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will take full ownership of facility operations, maintenance strategy, and capital projects, while driving safety and compliance across the site.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading all facility operations, utilities, and maintenance teams
- Driving preventative & predictive maintenance programs (CMMS ownership)
- Managing capital projects, upgrades, and site improvements
- Supporting operations with equipment, troubleshooting, and infrastructure needs
- Ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and safety performance
- Leading incident investigations and corrective actions
- Driving sustainability and efficiency initiatives
What We Need
- Strong Facilities Management leadership in manufacturing
- Experience with maintenance systems, capital projects, and infrastructure
- Ability to be hands-on and drive change
- Clean rooms up to level 10
- Working knowledge of EHS compliance (OSHA, EPA)
- Experience in regulated environments is required
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a background in an Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or other related field.
• 6 years of responsibilities in EHS and Facility Management in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Strong leadership, teamwork, analysis, and judgment skills.
• Experience in Worker’s Compensation case management.
• Proven safety record, site successes attributed to individual impact and demonstrated measurable improvements to the safety program.
• EMT certifications preferred.
• Certified Safety Manager preferred.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
