Senior Supply Chain Solutions Architect (Overland Park, KS)

Our client is seeking a Sr. Solution Design Owner to lead global solution design and architecture across key supply chain functions, including order fulfillment, procurement, production planning, and inventory management. This role focuses on aligning ERP solutions with business needs while maintaining an end-to-end supply chain perspective.
Reporting to the Senior Solution Manager (Fusion ERP), this position drives ERP implementation, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives based on business priorities. The role partners closely with Global Process Owners to design scalable, standardized solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (required) and best practices.
Key responsibilities include owning solution design documentation, ensuring system integrity, and managing integrations across applications. The role also focuses on standardizing processes globally, minimizing unnecessary variability, and identifying improvements through system upgrades and evolving technologies. Additional duties include supporting change management, training users, and contributing to system support and enhancement processes.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in supply chain solution design or ERP implementation, strong technical and functional knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), and the ability to translate business requirements into system capabilities. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are critical, especially in a global environment without direct authority.
This position requires a continuous improvement mindset, basic project management skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams and external partners. The role operates in a hybrid work environment with occasional travel (up to 10%).
