What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly and year-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Support and manage Accounting & Finance team members across multiple locations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to guide operational and strategic decisions
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations with key stakeholders
- Review weekly cash forecasts, including AR/AP and cash management activities
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements, especially across newly integrated acquisitions
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with associated reporting
- Partner with leadership on audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- CPA (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and reconciliations
- Experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Ability to translate financial data into business insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (M&A/integration exposure is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
