Bookkeeper

Adecco is recruiting for a top tier manufacturing client in the SE Valley locally in Phoenix. This is an onsite role and is interviewing this week.

This role encompasses full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, HR/benefits administration, and general office support.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

• Process daily AR invoicing and manage payment processing, including daily deposits
• Conduct weekly AR aging reviews and manage customer collections
• Perform daily cash flow analysis
• Process monthly customer statements
• Provide backup support for packing slip processing

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Review and process purchase orders and accounts payable
• Manage credit card transactions and reconciliation
• Execute weekly check runs and produce weekly aging reports

GENERAL LEDGER

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and manage month-end closing

PAYROLL

• Process weekly payroll and administer all payroll functions
• Handle special check runs, new hire onboarding, and termination processing
• Manage managerial assignments and configurations within Insperity

HR & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

• Coordinate annual benefits renewal and October open enrollment
• Process employee enrollments and terminations in health plans
• Develop in-depth knowledge of health plans to support employee questions
• Process and enter health benefit invoices
• Prepare new hire onboarding packets and enrollment documentation

OFFICE SUPPORT

• Provide backup transportation for materials pickup and drop-off
• Manage office supply, kitchen, and ULINE ordering
• Provide backup phone coverage as needed
