Location: REMOTE / Vacaville CA USA ( midway between San Fran and Sacramento)
Remote with travel with some ADHOC travel onsite for key project milestones / travel expenses paid

- lead complex S integration projects
- specifically focusing on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- You will drive project success through meticulous planning, analytical problem-solving, and decisive leadership while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendors and stakeholders on multiple projects

Key Requirements
- Excellent PM/Program management experience
- Pharma experience
- Domain knowledge: Systems Integrations / SAP implementation
- Strong communications, stakeholder and vendor management
- Remote, willingness to travel to Vacaville if required
- Start date: asap
- 8 years of professional experience in IT Program Management, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives with some hands-on Project Management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple system integration projects simultaneously
- 5 years of hands-on experience with system integrations in SAP
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance and GxP standards
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture design
- Lead end-to-end systems integration projects in SAP for LIMS and MES systems, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Analyze complex business processes and design optimized SAP integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure all implementations comply with FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry best practices
- Conduct stakeholder communication and manage expectations through regular status updates and executive reporting
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges with a detail-oriented, analytical approach
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Document project deliverables, lessons learned, and best practices for organizational knowledge management
- Manage system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols
