The successful candidate will bring strong functional expertise, solution design experience, and a deep understanding of procurement processes to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions. This role will work closely with procurement and supply chain stakeholders, providing functional leadership and advisory support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and implementation of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Drive procurement process design, standardization, and optimization across Ariba solutions.
- Provide expertise in SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Guided Buying.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations and WRICEF components (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
- Support solution configuration, testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT), and overall solution quality.
- Develop functional documentation, training materials, and user enablement strategies.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to procurement stakeholders and business teams.
- Support future scalability and continuous improvement of procurement solutions.
- Extensive experience as an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant or Lead.
- Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and S/4HANA integrations.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) integration.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience with SAP Ariba SLP and Guided Buying.
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and working with business stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading SAP Ariba transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in large-scale SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
- Experience providing functional leadership and mentoring other team members.
