Growing Residential Real Estate Organization Seeks a New Fund/Fund Raising Manager to Join Their Team
Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts encompassing equity and debt financing for all company projects (multi-entity environment)
- Oversee internal fund management, sourcing both investment projects and investors while managing project operations
- Identify & maintain financing channels, conduct preliminary planning for investment projects and facilitate external fund introductions with cooperation model design.
- Collaborate & liaise with financial institutions, investment intermediaries, and partnerships to secure financing, assess investment risk & provide strategic guidance throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Prepare and oversee investor communications, including pitch decks, financial models, offering memorandums, due diligence materials, and ongoing performance reports to ensure transparency and investor confidence.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and executive leadership to structure investment offerings, evaluate financing opportunities, and align capital strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain a robust investor pipeline and CRM, negotiate investment terms, coordinate capital closings, and ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations and internal governance policies.
Requirements:
- MBA or CFA designation desired.
- 10 years’ experience in investment banking or finance (preferably in real estate, asset management or investor relations industries).
- Proven track record of cultivating & managing diverse industry relationships with an emphasis on FP&A, risk assessment & data driven decision making.
- Bilingual (Mandarin/Chinese) Highly Preferred
