Job Title: Sr. Technical Support Engineer
Location (city, state): Menlo Park, CA
Compensation: 85k-130k

You will establish and run internal helpdesk operations, providing high-touch, white-glove IT support while maintaining office standards. They will lay the groundwork for hiring additional helpdesk staff to support global offices.
Required Tech/Experience:
- Confident supporting Windows 11/Microsoft365 environment
- Intune device lifecycle
- Ability to triage and prioritize support request
- Proven experience as Sr. Helpdesk Tech or Lead/Manager from a corporate environment (no mom & pops shops)
- ITIL foundation experience
- CompTIA trio of certifications
Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list):
1. Prior experience building out/helping transition IT operations in-house from MSP
2. Experience supporting global offices
Salary : $85,000 - $135,000
