Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 Annually bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
- Prepare and review supporting workpapers related to income tax filings.
- Assist with tax planning initiatives and tax projections.
- Assist with quarterly tax provisions and workpapers related to tax receivable agreements.
- Coordinate with external CPA firms and manage internal and external filing deadlines.
- Conduct tax research using Checkpoint and other research tools.
- Support the Tax Director with tax-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of tax experience required.
- Industry experience in real estate, land development, or homebuilding is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Lacerte or similar tax software preferred.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively with team members.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
