Position: SR HR Generalist
Location: Marietta GA
Pay: $40-50/hr
Contract: 3 months
Benefits: Eligible for health, dental, vision, 401k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR compliance initiatives including FMLA, ADA, leave administration, workers' compensation, and employee relations matters
- Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor relationships, and regulatory reporting
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, process improvements, audits, and reporting
- Coordinate payroll activities and employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and separations
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook updates
- Conduct investigations and support performance management and corrective action processes
- Supervise and develop HR team members while partnering with leadership across the organization
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and leave management
- Experience supporting multi-site organizations
- HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR documentation, and compliance best practices
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
