Responsibilities
- Review and interpret financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Develop financial models and reports for leadership.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Evaluate financial risks and recommend solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Support investment analysis and capital planning initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and business recommendations.
- Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting-REQUIRED
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (5 Years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Position Details

Candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute of the job location. Due to business needs, applicants located outside of this radius will not be considered.
