Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in office
- Remote flexibility available periodically based on business needs and travel schedules
- Travel is required for this position
- Lead and develop a team responsible for financial modeling, investment analysis, post-investment reviews, and capital expenditure reporting.
- Evaluate and support strategic growth and development opportunities across key business segments.
- Partner with senior leadership on business case development and investment committee presentations.
- Participate in negotiations with external partners and stakeholders on high-impact development initiatives.
- Oversee post-investment performance reviews and ensure key insights are incorporated into future decision-making processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including capital and operating expense planning.
- Provide oversight for project funding requests and investment authorization processes.
- Maintain visibility into the organization's development and investment pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Proven experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment analysis
- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams
- Advanced financial modeling and business case development expertise
- Experience evaluating investments using methodologies such as:
- Net Present Value
- Internal Rate of Return
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Trend and scenario analysis
- Strong executive presence and business partnership skills
- Experience working in a complex, growth-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience supporting capital-intensive growth, development, or expansion initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
