Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support revenue recognition and accounts receivable accounting
- Prepare financial schedules, analysis, and supporting documentation for management reporting
- Assist with GAAP compliance, internal controls, and process improvements
- Work cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and operational teams to improve reporting processes
- Support audit requests and assist with documentation for internal and external reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-transaction environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing, product-based, or distribution environments
