Revenue Cycle Charge Coding Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)
We’re hiring a Revenue Cycle Charge Coding Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on charge integrity, claim edits, and documentation review. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review high-dollar accounts, claim edits, and charge-related work queues (Epic WQs)
- Perform documentation and charge audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze trends and provide insights across documentation, coding, and revenue cycle workflows
- Identify and resolve edits including MUEs, CCI, LCDs, and more
- Collaborate with departments to present findings and improve processes
Requirements:
- 3 years of Revenue Integrity / CDM experience
- Active AAPC or AHIMA certification
- Experience with Epic (WQs), CDM tools, and reporting (VitalWare preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and present findings
- Comfortable working independently and communicating across teams
Schedule & Training:
- Initial onsite training: 2–3 weeks
- Training hours: 8–5 PM EST
- Remote schedule post-training: start as early as 6:30–7 AM EST
- Fully remote team after training
Compensation:
- Contract: up to $40/hr
- Permanent salary range: $65K – $92K
