Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing organization, seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and day-to-day HR operations. Job Description:
The Contract Recruiter will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions while assisting with a variety of Human Resources responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable serving as a resource for both employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
- Identify qualified candidates using job boards, networking, and recruiting resources.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and onboarding documentation.
- Respond to general HR inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with managers to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Provide occasional front desk support when needed.
- Assist with additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Previous general Human Resources experience is preferred.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and online recruiting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish would be helpful!
Additional Details:
- 100% onsite position.
- Six-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on business needs.
- Primarily based in Pleasant Prairie with occasional travel to a nearby distribution center.
- Onsite interview with the hiring manager and target start date is within two weeks
